Branded booking pages without a subdomain or a GHL funnel

You don't need a subdomain, a funnel or a white-label plan to stop sending leadconnector links. The calendar can live inside your own page.

The problem with the default link

The stock booking URL tells every recipient which CRM you bought. For a business selling systems, an agency, or anyone charging premium rates, that's a small, constant leak of authority.

The usual advice is to set up a subdomain and point DNS at the CRM. That works, but it hands another piece of your brand to a vendor and adds something to maintain.

The simpler approach

Embed the calendar widget inside a page on your existing site. Visitors see your URL, your header, your copy — the widget is just the part that picks a time. No DNS, no funnel builder, no white-label tier.

Give each audience its own page rather than one shared link: a sales page for new enquiries and a separate support page for existing clients, pointing at separate calendars with different lengths and availability.

Taking over the notifications

This is where most of the brand impression actually happens — the confirmation, the reminder, the reschedule. Switch the CRM's own email, SMS and WhatsApp notifications off, leave in-app on so bookings still surface internally, and send your own.

  1. 01Listen for booking, reschedule and cancellation events from the CRM.
  2. 02Record each one with the details you need: name, email, time, calendar, meeting link.
  3. 03Send your own confirmation to the guest and a separate briefing to yourself.
  4. 04Schedule reminders — 24 hours and 1 hour is the pattern that works.
  5. 05Point the reschedule and cancel buttons at pages on your own domain that carry the action out underneath.

Don't trust the webhook alone

Webhook workflows sit in draft, get unpublished, or silently stop. Poll the calendars on a schedule as well and record anything the webhook missed. Mark backfilled past bookings as silent so nobody gets a confirmation for a meeting that already happened.

Switch over in the right order

Keep the CRM's notifications on until you've watched a real booking arrive with your own emails. Only then turn theirs off. Doing it the other way round means the first gap in your build is also a meeting nobody was told about.
